I’m Landon Voss — a systems-minded creator who designs, builds, and ships experiences in the world of User-Generated Content (UGC).
I specialize in combining design intuition with technical problem-solving, particularly in the world of UGC across platforms like Fortnite (UEFN), Rec Room, and Roblox. I’ve published multiple islands in UEFN — including Ultimate Capture the Flag, Mega Jump Simulator, Retro Racing, and Bomber Blocks — developing solutions for everything from dynamic UI and procedural worldgen to live operations systems. Before that, I worked on Bomber Buddy in Roblox and led initiatives in creator monetization at Rec Room, where I shipped features that supported thousands of players and creators.
Before diving into UGC, my background was in video and music production, which taught me to balance storytelling with execution and gave me an eye for polish and presentation. That work sharpened my attention to detail, my appreciation for tight feedback loops, and my ability to ship on a deadline — all of which I bring into game and system design.
I build with long-term sustainability in mind: modular systems, reusability, and iterating fast without breaking creative flow. Whether I’m designing a powerup system, reverse-engineering a UI device, or streamlining team workflows, my goal is always the same: create tools and systems that unlock more creativity for everyone involved.
If you’re looking for someone who can translate complex problems into clear, scalable solutions, and help your team ship faster with more polish — I’d love to talk.
